DECLARED PORT BOUNDARIES

Pursuant to Section 2 of the Habour’s Act Chapter 240, the Minister has declared ports in the country for the purpose of the act and Regulation. There are 22 declared ports in the country to which 16 are operated by PNG Ports Corporation. The port manager manages these declared ports in the country hence all activities within the declared would require a permit from the permit or license from the Port Manager.
